Pollinating Vanilla flowers within Australia has to be done individually by humans as there are no insects native to the country to perform this role.  Within this video Fiona George from Broken Nose Vanilla shows us how to perform this delicate task. Fiona and husband Matt Allen have around 2000 -- 3000 vanilla plants and value add from the beans.
