1. You’ll need two cylindrical vases (one a bit smaller than the other). 2. Place your roses (or flowers of your choosing) down in the smaller vase filled with water. 3. Take hard candy sticks (you can find a wide assortment of colors of these hard candies) and place them between vertically in the space between the vases. 4. Fill it all the way up! 5. Tie a big pretty bow and you’re all set!
