My slow cooked roast pork in the oven. 80 degree for 6 hours then remove it out cover with foil to keep it hot. Heat the oven up to 220 degree then put the meat back into the rack and roast it for about 30 minutes. This time for the meat about 800 gram-1kg.. My tip is I rup some more olive oil and honey on the meat before I put the meat back in the second. This slow roasted pork so tendor and juicy. My husband really love it.
