This is in no way a quintessential list, rather a list of apps we enjoy sharing with others.

Record Voice & Pen // is an app for creating video's for lessons, instructions, presentations or any type of screencasting. It records your voice and the drawing with your pen or finger at the same time. You can annotate pictures while explaining, and share it as videos (mp4 files) by mail, upload to YouTube or Facebook, or use it in presentations and classrooms.

Fresh Paint // is an incredibly powerful painting app. It uses realistic brush, paint, and surface physics to accurately simulate painting. I'm not talented enough to create masterpieces in this app, but it is possible! An incredible feature coming after Windows 8.1 drops will be the ability to order real canvases of your paintings to hang up at home. Crazy! If you like art check this app out.

ArcSoft Showbiz // In just a few taps, create a stunning personalized movie using your own video, photo and music clips. Take advantage of professional quality themes and transitions. Share the resulting movie with friends and family.
