I’m often asked what cookbooks I have in my collection, and believe me to list them all here would make for some rather devoted reading! I’ve picked some books with with great recipes and techniques that I find myself coming back to time and time again for ongoing inspiration. I've also included a few of my own, so whatever the occasion, you are bound to find the perfect recipe in one of these books!

Books are so important to me. Stephanie Alexander's The Cook's Companion is always in my kitchen. Nigel Slater's latest volume of Kitchen Diaries, Yotam Ottolenghi's Jerusalem, Simon Hopkinson's books and Neil Perry's The Food I Love are all amazing.
