27 We were all silent appreciating what we were seeing before our eyes. The natural colours were changing by the minute. Carlo and Julian were busy taken photos to capture every changing colour.

25 At Ghadira bay. It felt nice to take off our walking shoes and stroll along the beach barefooted after such a walk! The sea was calm and there wasn’t a single ripple. The scenery, the distant Mellieha lights and the Red Castle on the hill made it all a pleasure to be sitting there and taking it all in. Dennis had his binoculars with him and he took some time observing the moon.

22 I don't think anybody wanted to get going again but we had to move on.

21 The problem was that sitting for too long would only make it harder to get going again so when I heard James calling “let’s go” I jumped up.

20 We only had a short walk to go. This was our last stop, just before 04:00 . I was tired and very sleepy.

18 It was so peaceful out here. The moonlight and the distant city lights made this walk very rewarding.
