AMAZING SORBET! 200g pineapple, 1 kiwifruit, 700g ice, 70g raw sugar, 1 egg white (optional, creates creamier consistency) •Mill sugar 10sec/speed 9 •Add fruit, egg white (optional), 350g ice - blend 20sec speed 10 •Add 350g ice - blend 1min speed 10 *tip: simply chop off the top & bottom end of the kiwi and chuck in peel on = added vitamins) DONE!
