CHEESE BALL & MIXED DIP PLATTER | THE GREAT ENTERTAINER - 1 block of Philly Cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 Mozzarella Cheese & 1 tablespoon of YIAH Country Onion & Chive Dip Mix and roll into a ball - then roll ball in Bay of Bengal Curry Dip mix. All dip mixes can be made with 1 cup Sour Cream & 1 tablespoon of Mayo with 1 tablespoon of YIAH Dip Mix of your choice. Dip mixes are also great with Greek Yoghurt, Sweet potato, Avocado or other mashed vegetables.
Recipe: YIAH Christmas Potato Bake 4-5 Medium sized Potatoes, sliced thin 1 large Cream 2 tbls Wasabi Chive Dip Mix 2 Tbls Wasabi dukkah ½ cup Grated parmesan cheese Arrange the sliced potatoes in a baking tray, mix the wasabi dip mix with cream and pour over potatoes.
