14. After finishing his contract in Queensland, Barry returns to Melbourne and sets up a company with his old uni mate; they purchase a small boutique local tour company. He remembers that the future is in "the Internet of things". He starts searching the Internet for hints and tips on how to transform the business.

10. A few months later, Barry watches a TV series "The naked CEO" - its about working at Deloitte.  He concludes Deloitte and himself have a lot in common. He likes Deloitte's commitment to people, communities, passion for innovation and quality. Later on, he meets Deloitte's staff at the campus recruitment day. Two of his mates apply for graduate placements. However, he feels he would not be a great fit into the corporate environment in general. He starts following Deloitte on Twitter…

For him, this is an opportunity to develop his professional career whilst fulfilling his need to give back to community and to others. He sparks a discussion among his friends about what kind of initiatives Australia needs to maintain is competitiveness in the future.

16. The initial contact and engagement with Deloitte consultants was very positive. Barry thought they were professional and genuinely interested in his problems. Over the next few days, Barry shared his first (positive) impressions on Deloitte with his family and friends.
