I’m passionate about my work and the environment, and dedicated to building capacity and increasing the understanding of climate change and resilience — through the projects we deliver and the relationships we build.
Jugal – As the Building Information Modelling (BIM) director for Asia Pacific, I am part of our global leadership team executing a comprehensive BIM strategy across geographies. BIM-based project delivery is essential to our work — it enables architects, engineers and clients to see a project “digitally” before it’s built, making it possible to identify issues and solutions early on, as well as improve quality and reliability.

Born and raised in Venezuela, I had a passion for multicultural experiences from an early age. I earned my degree in international relations, with a focus on international development and diplomacy, and started my career working for the National Council for Culture, the Canada-Venezuela Chamber of Commerce, and the Embassy of Canada to Venezuela.
With both her Uncle and grandfather running their own construction businesses, Laura Davidson had an interest in the industry from a very young age. Laura has worked on site for 10 years, transferring to the corporate environment and now back to on site, where Laura is the happiest. Currently, Laura is a Contract Manager with AECOM’s newly created Construction Services team. We caught up with Laura to hear about her interesting journey and lessons learnt along the way.
