Toasted nut bars 102 calories per serve 1/2 cup of walnuts, pepitas, sunflower seed, almonds, shredded coconut, 1/4 cup of chia then add 1/2 cup of natural peanut butter, 2 tbl of organic maple syrup 1 tbl of rice syrup some cinnamon ginger simmer together for 5 min add to nuts and bake 180 for 20 mins completely cool before cutting.
