Turkish delight: 2 cups sugar 2 cups water Juice of lemon cup cornflour teaspoon cream of tartar (this stops the mixture from crystalising) tbsp essence of rose water cup icing sugar (confectioners’ sugar for Americans) cup extra cornflour


i grow so much thyme and can never use it all. what a pretty little storage/gifting idea this is.
