For delicious steak tartare and tomato sorbet

My favourite Spanish restaurant in Melbourne Australia, whole fish bathed in jamón flavoured brine, thick steaks, red peppers for romesco sauce, pork loin.

Excellent Spanish food and drinks at Bar Lourinhã

If you're the type that thinks that Sherry is a fine wine to be savoured and not something nasty your gran keeps in her cupboard for special occasions, Bar Lourinhã is the place for you.

Love the wallpaper at Hells Kitchen. Would love to commission them to do something for our hall wall.

The European, a long held favourite.

While devouring a Chateaubriand over a bottle of big red you can be excused for thinking you're somewhere in Europe. Afterwards sneak upstairs to Siglo for an open air rooftop bar with view of the Parliament House.

Great breakfasts

For serious coffee, head to Sensory Lab

Sensory lab - Yay for being able to buy fantastic single origin beans right in town. Or as a fresh espresso

The Gertrude Street Enoteca - our next door neighbours - great wine by the glass, bottle or case - and the food's pretty good too!
