Go forth and cook, my pretties! @iquitsugar bacon and egg 'cupcakes', with a little basil pesto swirled through the top. I make these often, because they're so easy! During the last #iqs8wp someone (unfortunately I can't remember who it was so I can't credit them!) had the brainwave of using pancetta instead of bacon, which makes these even easier to make - no chopping required, the pancetta fits perfectly.
