I really, really love hiking and going on expeditions! The further you venture, the more you are able to see and experience! This photograph is of me atop the spectacular rim of Kings Canyon, Northern Territory. I would love to lace up my hiking boots and experience NZ off the beaten track because I believe that it is without a doubt an amazing, incredible, awe-inspiring, un-paralleled beauty, and I want to share this with the rest of the world! #greatwalker

I have recently attained my Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation through Outward Bound Australia where I worked many 10 day courses in the Australian Capital Territory and Western Australia - from subzero frosty mornings to hot and dry 30's! My time there saw me develop communication skills, leadership abilities, friendships, a greater set of values, a heightened respect for the environment, and a passion! Multi-day hiking/expeditioning is my specialty, and by far my favourite! #greatwalker

Photography is something I really enjoy. I set up my camera to capture this inspiring image of me in this wild, beautiful, and remote wilderness area in the Australian Capital Territory. I believe it is important to capture those special places and moments in our lives so we can keep the memory and more importantly, share the experience with others. All that's needed is a steady hand and a creative eye, or in this case, a steady rock! #greatwalker

From a young age I have always had a tendency to use the right side of my brain, revealing my creative flare; from writing my name on the walls in crayon as a toddler and insisting it was my brother, to developing photography skills and capturing the special moments and beautiful places around us. Soldiers Beach, Central Coast NSW. #greatwalker
