The constant 'ding' of notifications from your devices trigger a flight/fight response in your body resulting in the release of stress hormones all day long.  Make it a habit to disconnect every so often by turning off your device for a few hours.  You don't need to be available 24 hours a day so turn your phone off by 8pm each night and try having a device free day at least once a…
