I enjoy this version of Gluten Free Cornbread better than the regular version. Cornmeal, only 2 Tablespoons of sugar, 2 eggs, sour cream, milk, honey and butter. Goes wonderful with chili crumbled on top !!

I found this cornbread to be delicious and I do not have a gluten intolerance. But I do try to avoid it as much as possible. I like this version better than my gluten recipe. To double use glass pan
