Jude Blereau’s philosophy on food is much aligned with my own – really, from the soil in the ground and up. I love that she seeks out and promotes whole, natural and unrefined ingredients, is aware of good gut ecology and the reality of choosing good fish, meat and using animal fats. Each recipe is beautifully written with clear instructions and often preceded with very useful information about the ingredients.
