This is "the" apron. Great for baristas and roasters, but also invaluable for any kitchen application, carpenter, fish market clerk or any "handy" job where durability and extra pockets are a must. Its handmade in Korea by Seungmin Jung, a craftsman specialising in leather goods. It is based on the original "gentlemen's apron", but is modified with slightley smaller straps for a hammer or cupping spoon, and a bit extra on the length.
