In excellent condition; no chips, cracks or restoration - looks like it's had little use. Rare to find in this condition, especially with the finial intact. Full Carlton Ware script marks. Rare Carlton Ware Art Deco Yellow 'Daffodil' Posy Vase c1935 (Sold)

A stunning and rare art deco period posy vase in the form of a daffodil. Shaded green, the leaves form the base and the flower emerges as a yellow trumpet. Difficult to find in good condition, most seem to be badly crazed; this one is a lovely clean example with good colours. Slight problem is a minor flaked chip to the base underneath, mentioned more for accuracy as it's hardly noticeable (see image 5, near bottom right).
