This is a great list, however my daily smoothie for rejuvenation consists of: a handful of spinach, a handful of kale, half an apple or pear, one chopped carrot, one half frozen banana, 1/2 cup coconut water,1 tbsp coconut oil or 1/4 avocado, 3/4 cup fresh water (depending on preference of thickness), 1Tbsp ground flax, 1 tsp maca root powder. Blend, baby, blend!
