Stovetop pizza made in the Chefs Toolbox Sauté pan :-) Ingredients:  1/2 cup self-rising flour; 1/2 cup plain flour; 2/3 cup lukewarm water, pinch of salt; 1 rounded tsp dried yeast; 1 tsp honey; plus favorite pizza toppings.  Cover tightly; cook 5 minutes until crust done.
