Smoked-Trout-and-Caper-Cream-Cheese Toasts. combine cream cheese, shallot, chopped chives, capers and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Spread English muffins with the caper cream cheese. Top with smoked trout, garnish with chive pieces
This has to be one of my favourite wok dishes. Don't be tempted to add too many vegetables to it. The contrast between the capsicum, nuts and chicken is all-important. If you want different vegetables, just make another stir-fry!
