I mentioned a while back that I thought Mario Buatta deserved to have a book published about his life and work. I still do, and I think I need to add Mark Hampton to that list. Not only did Hampton have style in spades, but it seems as if he was quite knowledgeable and smart as a whip too. Why a book on Hampton has not yet been published is a mystery to me.
