7 lessons learned from an inner-city renovation
After discovering a lovely family connection to their new home, Anna and Tom experienced a “dream run” renovation. Collaborating with architect Nick Harding from Ha, they created a home perfectly suited to their growing family.
Arkhefield worked with the client to develop spaces for extended relatives to gather with their families; the existing Queenslander repositioned to allow the new addition to embrace the most desirable light and breezes from a north facing landscaped courtyard and pool in the new Brookes Residence.
I will not die an unlived life...
This is the first page in my new art journal and i'm loving it! I love the vibrancy of the colours. Created using distress stains and inkpads, rubons, paint, stencils and stamps. The bird image was from $1 wrapping paper found at the Post Office. I've cut it out and pasted it down then used it as my guide to paint. Big thank you to DJ Pettitt for teaching me this technique, I love it!
