ROAST BEEF & GRAVY ON ROLLS 1.5 - 2kg Beef 1 C chicken stock. 1/2 C balsamic vinegar salad dressing. 1 tbsp soy sauce. 1 tbsp W’shire sauce. 1 tbsp honey. 1 tbsp Dijon mustard. Cornflour Gravox Place roast in sc for 6-8 hrs on low. Combine ingredients except cornflour & gravox. Mix and pour over beef. When cooked, remove from sc. Shred meat and pour 1 C juice from sc over meat, cover with foil. Add a tbsp corn flour to sc, mix well, turn sc to high, add 1 tbsp Gravox per cup of juice. .
500 g mince tin diced tomatoes tin kidney beans (drained and washed ) packet taco seasoning . Herbs , garlic , salt , pepper . Cook on low for 6 hours transfer to baking dish with corn chips top with cheese . Cook for 15 minutes . And add salsa sour cream and shallot
