Great chart for your writing binders. . .

On my to-do list to make... student "offices" that contain writing anchor charts (ideas for topics, steps in the process, editing checklist, transition ideas, mini-thesaurus for commonly used words, maybe even a sight word list for spelling help). Made with manila folders. Student's name on outside and stored in a central place in the classroom - not crammed in the desks! :)

I used this template to create Writing Offices for my third grade students. The students have these offices available when they are writing and can refer to the information listed there! It includes information about: the writing process, an editing.
