EUCALYPTUS burracoppinensis. A small tree from the central wheat belt of Western Australia; rough barked trunk is complimented with a lovely smooth grey bark on the branches. Flowers appear in late winter through to December. The green yellow bud caps open to a creamy yellow flower up to 5cm across. Not often cultivated which is a pity as it is a great honey making tree attracting the birds and bees when in flower. A good windbreak tree.
