Italian Pita Pizza 1 wholemeal pita bread, 1 tsp tomato paste, 1tsp YIAH Herb Garlic Dip Mix, 1 lean eye of bacon (diced), 1/4 of small red onion (sliced), 6 pieces of marinated feta, 10 black olive slices, 1/4 cup grated parmesan. Spread tomato paste onto pita bread and sprinkle with Herb Garlic mix. Add bacon, onion, feta and olives, spreading evenly. Top with parmesan cheese and cook in oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
