Spicy lupin dahl with lupin and cumin flatbread - another entry from Judi in our #CSIROhealth fibre-off. Ingredients: lupin, chilli powder, garlic, onion, tumeric, cardamon, cinnamon, garam masala, bay leaves, cumin, yeast, water and a pinch of salt.
This healthy dessert was sent in by Helen Indorato for our fibre-off. It's a delicious high fibre take on the classic apple crumble with rolled oats, bran, almond meal, brazil nuts, coconut and a hint of brown sugar and butter.

Thanks again to Hoglet K for another fibre-off recipe - homemade white corn tortillas with bean and vegetable filling. The tortillas are made with masa harina flour, and the filling has borlotti beans, carrot, zucchini and tomato.
