Well done the tankers for taking out this weeks team event - a close but well deserved victory. Last week of training this Saturday.. and then this is it! DF Elite in Bondi. Thanks for coming down to Bondi on Saturday - a great turnout for the last DF Elite class of 2013. Week 11 : Toughest session so far, the harder it goes, the more you love it! crazy bunch of Dangerous Mudders! Brilliant effort last Saturday!  Strength on the grass with a full body Kettlebell workout, then in the water, out military crawls to the cone, soft sand run all the way down to south Bondi, back on the hard sand, give me 2 loops of this and back on the grass, 3 massive rounds mixing sand and grass in total! http://www.dangerouslyfit.com.au/

Week 9 : Stunning Morning last Saturday! Solid circuit : run, stairs, monkey bars, body weight mini circuit, then Kettlebells, tiger crawls up the hill, dips and back to the running loop! Awesome effort from all of you and big up for those who came to tough mudder training and still smashed City to Surf yesterday! Machines, you are Machines! http://www.dangerouslyfit.com.au/

Week 8 done and dusted! Nice temperature, sun out and lots of sweaty faces working hard through the long and intense circuit. Great team work through the hard core workout with weight vests followed by .... One of the famous BALMORAL HILL BURN .. 800m hill.. bring it on !! They all did their 3 sets of hill despite the fatigue from the previous strength training, no question, no whine, all the way through! http://www.dangerouslyfit.com.au/
