15 Minute Veggie Soup in the Thermomix

I whipped up this soup for two today in 15 minutes! I mean...hello! The Thermomix just demands that you do things from scratch and eat healthy because it's just SOOOOOO EASY!!!! Ingredients: 1 clove garlic 1 small onion 1 tbsp stock 500 g water 2 carrots, roughly chopped 1 potato, roughly chopped 100 g pumpkin, roughly chopped 3 stalks corriander Salt and pepper to taste Method: Add garlic and onion to TM bowl.
