Summer Fun- Two Weekends
A mini Santos workshop in Vancouver was Thur, Fri ,Sat last week with only four of us the fun we had took days to recover from... cheeks hurt from all the laughing and our eyes burned from lack of sleep. Best viewed on black background Gecko created by repetitive pattern of dots. I used the end of wooden pencils, small toothpicks and Q-tips to create the various dot sizes. Inspiration was Australian aboriginal dot painting art and my own fascination with dots, repetition, circles, patterns and the rhythm caused when they are combined.
