Michelle Bridges 12 Week Body Transformation. I followed this program last year & lost 10kg. I chose Michelle's program because I loved that it is all about real food - no shakes, supplements etc etc. Still using the recipes now although I've since discovered the benefits of coconut oil & full fat dairy (among other things) which I now include in my daily eating habits too :)
