Healthy Chipotle Chicken Sweet Potato Skins - made this. Thought the chicken mixture was super yummy but would be better quinoa or just with sweet potatoes on the side. The sweet potatoes weren't worth the work.
Pete Evan's Baked organic eggs with chorizo, tomato, garlic, smoked paprika, turmeric, cumin, coconut oil, onions, garlic, capsicum, salt, pepper, thyme, kale and a touch of chilli with some toasted pumpkin seeds on top. Cook all the ingredients long and slow in a pot with some chicken stock then transfer to a baking dish or frypan then crack eggs and bake in oven until just set then add on seeds and parsley!

Pete Evans 10 vege bolognaise: Onion, celery, carrot, parsnip, zucchini, mushroom, kale, pumpkin, broccoli, broccolini and it was flavoured with garlic, rosemary, oregano, thyme, parsley, tomatoes, salt and pepper and yes the livers were organic chicken and the bone marrow was from grass fed cows. We served it on the table with dukkah, a whole lettuce which we used as lettuce cups and nics super guacamole.
Pete Evans recipe: Pan fry fish in coconut oil, take fish out then toss in zucchini strips, garlic, parsley, goji berries, activated almonds, salt and pepper. Once cooked for a minute take off heat and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice and chill flakes.
