February 2018 - Work It, Girl! I tried a different spread this month to track my physical activity. The more I move, the better I eat! So I wanted a place to help motivate me to fulfill my workout goals! The top boxes track my cardio, the middle shows my strength-training, and the bottom tracks my steps each day.
