In achieving carbon neutrality and 7 star energy ratings each home includes a 5.5 kW grid connected solar power system, heat pump hot water system, 10,000 litre water tank, energy-efficient light globes, water-saving plumbing fittings, double glazed windows and doors, earthwool insulation, zero carbon cladding and zero VOC joinery.
