Date, almond and lemon cookies. (Sugar free, gluten free, vegan) * 1/2 cup of rolled quinoa flakes, coconut, almonds. Process. * boil 1/2 dates with 3 tsp coconut oil. When cool mix with dry ingredients. *mix in rind of 1/2 lemon and juice of 1 lemon *set in fridge for 1/2 hour then cook at 170 degrees for 15-20 mins. Delicious, satisfying and healthy!
