40x60 home floor plan - I like the separate mudroom entrance. I'd maybe rearrange the master bath and add a door if the great room. But overall good layout for a smaller space.

Every home should have a mudroom or at least an entryway large enough for a bench! I like the idea of having an organized area for coats, purses, etc.
