Cheesy EveryMite Toast
CHEESY EVERYMITE ON TOAST by@nourishinglydelicious INGREDIENTS ¼ cup mozzarella cheese 3-4 Tbsp if everymite spread 2 Tbsp of cold smoked olive oil 2 Tbsp butter 2 sourdough toasts ½ tsp cold smoked sea salt Herbs to garnish ( optional ) Method Add 1 -2 tsp butter and 1 -3 tsp cold smoked olive oil to a pan let it sizzle then pop on your sourdough toasts and let them cook until golden and crunchy on both sides. Set aside. Add everymite spread and mozzarella cheese then add herbs to garnish then add sone sprinkles of the cold smoked sea salt and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until the cheese melts ( this will take about 5 minutes) enjoy !

Flip when the surface becomes matte as opposed to shiny. — Spread with Superfood spread @everymite , avocado @australianavocados , hemp seeds, Ayurvedic turmeric granola @padma.wellbeing and Vegan cheddar @knowrishwell ; Served with steamed broccolini drizzled with teriyaki sauce @niulife
