Pasta with Wild Mushrooms, Garlic and Cold Smoked Olive Oil
PASTA WITH WILD MUSHROOMS, GARLIC & SMOKED OLIVE OIL By, bec from @fooddesignstudio Serves 2-4 people Ingredients 2 tablespoons EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus extra to serve 300g wild mushrooms of your choice, we used a combination of shiitake and enoki mushrooms 250g angel hair or spaghetti pasta of your choice, cooked as per the packet instructions 1/2 cup parsley, finely diced EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Shroom Salt Method Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta cooking water. Leave the pasta in the reserved cooking water whilst you prepare the mushrooms. This will prevent the pasta from drying out. In a medium sized frying pan heat 2 tablespoons of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil over a medium heat.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Remove the corn from its husk and snap in half. Use a large sharp knife and on a sturdy surface, slice the corn directly in half lengthways. Slice again. You should end up with 4 thin rib style pieces. Combine the EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil, smoked paprika, cumin seeds and coriander powder in a small bowl and brush over the corn ribs. SMOKED SALMON CREAM CHEESE BAGELS WITH SHROOM SALT Ingredients 400 grams smoked salmon 2 tsp of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Shroom Salt 1 bagel ¼ cup cream cheese ½ lemon Basil leaves Method Toast your bagels then add cream cheese to the top Top the cream cheese with our EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Shroom Salt Place the smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese & a squeeze of lemon. Coconut Porridge with Cold Smoked Raw Honey
Recipe by: @fooddesignstudio INGREDIENTS 1 cup Rolled Oats 400ml can of coconut milk 1 cup water 2 tablespoons coconut oil 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder 2 tablespoons EveryOrganics Slow Smoked Honey To serve: Granola Coconut Flakes Blueberries Extra EveryOrganics Slow Smoked Honey METHOD In a small saucepan over a medium temperature, add the porridge ingredients. Bring to a simmer and stir consistently for 5-10 minutes or until the oats are cooked. Remove from the stovetop and allow to cool and thicken. Serve in two small-medium bowls with extra smoked honey. Top with granola and blueberries.
