BROCCOLINI WITH CRANBERRIES AND ALMONDS & COLD SMOKED MUSHROOM SALT
INGREDIENTS 2 bunches of broccolini 4 Tbsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Shroom Salt ¼ cup almond flakes ¼ cup cranberries 2 tsp garlic paste 1 tsp ginger paste ½ lime squeezed Handful of Basil leaves Method In a pan add in the EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Cold Smoked Shroom Salt Then add the ginger, garlic, and broccolini Sautee on high heat for 4-5 minutes Then add in the cranberries and almond flakes Squeeze in the lime and then add on the handful of basil leaves. Drizzle on some extra EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Enjoy
COLD SMOKED ONION BHAJI RECIPE
INGREDIENTS 2 onions sliced 2 eggs 1 cup corn 1 avocado 2 tsp garlic paste 2 tsp ginger paste 2 tsp curry powder 2 cups besan flour (chick pea flour) 2 tsp of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Chilli Salt ½ cup of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 zucchini grated 1 lime squeezed Method In a bowl Mix together the chick pea flour, grated zucchini, curry powder, eggs, corn, garlic and ginger paste, and EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Chilli Salt. Then add in the two cups of water and mix together well until combined. Add in the oil and fry little dollops of the onion bhajis until crispy and golden. Squeeze lime on top and garnish with avocado, basil and coriander and serve. Enjoy !
COLD SMOKED THAI GREEN CURRY
Ingredients 400 grams prawns 1 can coconut milk 3 Tbsp green curry paste ¼ cup of our EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 tsp of our EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Sea Salt 1 tsp minced ginger 1 tsp minced garlic 1 onion diced 1 tsp coconut sugar 1 lemon squeezed Handful of coriander Handful of basil 2 tsp Sesame seeds Method – In a pan add in our cold smoked olive oil and then the onions and the green curry paste and sauté for 3-4 minutes until fragrant then add in our cold smoked sea salt, ginger and garlic, then mix together well. Add in the prawns and the coconut milk then add in the coconut sugar and cover then cook on medium heat for 6-10 minutes Garnish with basil, coriander and sesame seeds. Add more of our cold smoked olive oil and cold smoked sea salt
CREAMY COLD SMOKED COCONUT LENTILS WITH TURMERIC RICE
Ingredients 2 cans organic black lentils 1 cup water 1 cup coconut cream 2 tsp curry powder 2 tsp garlic paste 2 tsp finger paste 2 tsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Sea Salt 6 Tbsp EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 onion chopped ½ cup tomato paste 2 tsp coconut sugar 1 lemon squeezed 1 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp sesame seeds Coriander Method In a pan add the olive oil followed by the curry powder, garlic and ginger paste, and cold smoked sea salt Let it sizzle well, then add in the cumin seeds and the black lentils with the cup of water and mix together well Then add in the coconut cream, coconut sugar, and tomato paste. COLD SMOKED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL & EVERYMITE STUFFED MUSHROOMS
INGREDIENTS 6-8 large field Mushrooms ¼ cup Parmesan cheese EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Salt & Pepper to taste ½ lemon 4 Tbsp of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Olive Oil 4 Tbsp of EveryMite 2 Tbsp garlic 2 Tbsp onion salt Handful of parsley Handful of basil METHOD Add your mushrooms to a baking dish. In a bowl mix together the Cold Smoked Olive Oil, garlic, Salt & Pepper, and onion salt Add the lemon, Parmesan cheese, and EveryMite to this mix Mix well Then spoon the mix into the mushrooms. Garnish with parsley and basil and extra Parmesan cheese on top Pop it into the oven for 15 minutes at 190 degrees. Enjoy 😉
Sweet and Sticky EveryMite Chicken
INGREDIENTS 12-15 chicken wings ¼ cup EveryMite ¼ cup bbq sauce 2 tsp garlic paste ¼ cup Cold Smoked Raw Honey 1-2 tsp Cold Smoked Salt and Pepper ¼ cup Cold Smoked Olive Oil Sesame seeds to garnish 1 sliced red chill 1 lemon sliced 1 cup Pak choy Method In a bowl mix together the EveryMite, the bbq sauce, garlic, honey, cold smoked salt and pepper, cold smoked olive oil, and mix together well until combined. Brush this mixture on top of your chicken until coated well then bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes until the chicken comes out crunchy and completely cooked. In a pan add in the pan choy with some olive oil and garlic and sautee until cooked then set aside. Take out the chicken then add on the pak choy, sliced chilli, lemon and then garnish with sesame seeds and serve ! Enjoy

CHEESY EVERYMITE POTATOES By @nourishinglydelicious INGREDIENTS 6-8 potatoes 4 Tbsp everymite spread ¼ cup Parmesan cheese 4 Tbsp garlic 2 tsp onion salt Salt and pepper to taste Lemon Olive oil Handful of parsley Method - Boil your potatoes and when soft add them to a baking dish and use a potato masher to mash them so that they just flatten down then add olive oil, onion powder, the everymite spread, the garlic and the Parmesan cheese plus salt and pepper to taste and lemon on top. Into the oven for 25 minutes at 220 degrees until they come out crispy and delicious. Add more herbs and lemon to garnish ! Enjoy 😉

CHEESY EVERYMITE NACHOS By @nourishinglydelicious INGREDIENTS 1 Tomato chopped 1 Avocado sliced 4 Tbsp sour cream 4 Tbsp everymite spread 1 lime Handful fresh parsley Handful fresh basil ¼ cup Parmesan cheese ¼ cup cheddar cheese A plate if nacho chips Salt and pepper to taste Method – Add the nachos to a plate then pop EveryMite on top and add in the Parmesan and Jeddah cheese then pop into the oven for 10 minutes until the chips become crunchy and the cheese melts away. Add chopped tomatoes Ana avocado to the chips followed by the sour cream, some lime salt and pepper to taste, garnish with some fresh parsley and basil and serve !
