Chilli Mussels with Cold Smoked Beef Bone Broth
INGREDIENTS 600 grams mussels 1-2 cups passata sauce 2 Tbsp garlic paste Fresh basil 1 lemon 4 Tbsp Cold Smoked Beef Bone Broth ½ -1 cup hot water ½ tsp paprika 1 tsp Cold Smoked Chilli Salt 1 chopped red chilli ¼ cup Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil METHOD In a pan add in the Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil then the garlic and the chopped red chilli then sautee until fragrant then add in the paprika, passata sauce and season with Cold Smoked Chilli Salt then add lemon juice to this sauce, sautee on low heat for 8-10 minutes. Next add our Cold Smoked Beef Bone Broth to ½ cup of hot water then toss this into the sauce. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh basil leaves. Enjoy !
INGREDIENTS 500 grams diced chicken breast or thigh 4 Tbsp of our Cold Smoked Beef Bone Broth powder ½ cup hot water ¼ cup feta cheese ½ lemon ¼ cup vinegar ½ tsp honey 2 tsp garlic 2 tsp ginger 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp of our Cold Smoked Chilli Salt 1 tsp paprika ¼ cup Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 cup sliced red onion 1 cup chopped lettuce 1 cup tomatoes diced 1 cup cucumber Fresh basil ½ tsp black sesame seeds METHOD In a pan add in the olive oil then the garlic, ginger, pepper, cold smoked chilli salt and the paprika and sauté together well then add in the chicken and cook until tender. Then add in the bone broth to the hot water, stir together well until combined and then add this bone broth water to the chicken and simmer until cooked through. Set aside Prep your veggies - chop

PROTEIN-PACKED MASHED AVO & CHEESY PEAS TURMERIC ROLL By Candy @nourishandflourishsydney (Makes 1 roll) 1/3 cup rolled oats 1/2 tsp ground turmeric Pinch of black pepper 1.5 tsp psyllium husk powder 2.5 tbsp unflavoured protein powder 1/2 cup warm water Mix everything together and let sit for 5mins for the oats to absorb the liquid. Form a dough and flatten with your hand to form a flatbread shape on a non-stick pan. Fry with a bit of oil on both sides until golden brown. Almighty Tofu Patties Recipe by Candy Luk of @nourishandflourishsyd Ingredients: (Make 13 patties, 1/4 cup of batter each) 1 packet 300g silken tofu, liquid squeezed out with a cheese cloth 2 tbsp EveryMite 1 tbsp coconut amino or 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1 packed cup shredded carrot (~2 medium) 1 cup frozen peas or finely chopped green veggies (I used chopped asparagus) 3/4 cup cooked rice (I used a combination of red, black and white rice) 1/2 cup toasted nuts/seeds of choice e.g. sunflower seeds, walnuts 3 tbsp flour of choice (I used chickpea flour) 1 tbsp black sesame seeds 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder Garnish: white sesame seeds For the Method, please click the link to see the full recipe.
