COLD SMOKED HONEY & CACAO MACADAMIA SLICE
INGREDIENTS ¼ cup EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey 2 cups almond flour or macadamia powder ½ cup rice flour 6 Tbsp coconut sugar ¼ cup cacao powder 1 cup melted dark chocolate ¼ cup coconut oil 1 cup plant milk ½ spoon cinnamon ¼ cup macadamias METHOD In a bowl mix together the macadamia powder or almond flour with the rice flour then add in the honey, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and milk, then mix together well. Pour this mix to a loaf tin and press it down then set it in the freezer for an hour. Ingredients ½ cup Cold Smoked Raw Honey 6 Tbsp coconut sugar 1 cup almond flour 1 cup self raising flour ¼ cup EveryOrganics Cold smoked Olive Oil 2 eggs 2 Apples grated 2 bananas mashed 1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp all spice Method In a bowl mix together the smoked honey, coconut sugar, almond flour, self raising flour, eggs, vanilla, cold smoked olive oil, grated apples, mashed banana, cinnamon and the all spice and mix together well until combined. Add this batter a loaf tin lined with baking paper and bake at 185 degrees for 40 minutes ! Slice and pop into an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 4 weeks

INGREDIENTS 4 sheets of puff pastry (gluten free or normal is fine) 1/3 cup of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil ¼ cup of EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Raw Honey 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla 2 apples sliced METHOD Lay out your puff pastry sheets then brush them with our EveryOrganics Cold Smoked Extra Virgin Olive Oil. In a bowl mix together our Olive Oil and our cold smoked raw honey, Then add the cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Brush this mixture on the puff pastry Roll the pastry to make it into a scroll shape. Drizzle a bit more of our cold smoked raw honey over the scroll Add some thin slices of apple to the top Sprinkle some more cinnamon over this to taste Pop into the oven for 25 minutes until they come out golden and crispy.
