We started out by labeling a map. We colored each of the regions a different color, added a key and then labeled each of the colonies.

This product is a scavenger hunt activity that allows students to review the 13 colonies in a fun, collaborative way. Students will rotate to three different stations and use the clues at each station to determine which colony is being represented. Students then need to explain their thinking in a short response using supporting evidence and their knowledge of the colonies.
