He is perhaps best known for his chairmanship of the Committee on The Financial Aspects of Corporate Governance between 1991 and 1995 and the code of best practice which bears his name. He was also a British Olympic rower, competing in the 1952 Helsinki Olympics.

Sir Steven Redgrave (b.1962)... a British rower who won gold medals at five consecutive Olympic Games from 1984 to 2000.  He has Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus.

Amazing and inspiring, Sir Steve Redgrave. Olympic gold medalist and been knighted by the queen, all of that while being dyslexic. It shows that people with learning disabilitys are no different.
