"Strawberry shortcake cake" You will need the following: AdvoCare meal replacement shake Strawberries Water, or any milk of your choice Honey Cinnamon Sugar free whip cream Directions: ~Slice strawberries and mix with honey and cinnamon.... ~Mix meal replacement with 1/2 of water or milk stir until smooth ~Place in small glass bowl and put in microwave for 45sec to 1min ~Empty warm cake onto flat surface ~Cover with strawberries and whip cream ~Serve and ENJOY

Healthy Chicken Bake - Place 1 cup of brown rice in a pan. Pour in a can if low sodium chicken broth. Set 2 chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture. Add vegetables of your choice. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
