TIPS FOR ANT-AGING – GREEN DRINK     According to Dr. Oz the ginger in this drink can decrease blood pressure, alleviate arthritis pain and reduce risk of cancer.  Ingredients: 2 cups spinach, 2 cups cucumber, head of celery, 1/2" or teaspoon ginger root, 1 bunch parsley,   2 apples, Juice of 1 lime, and Juice of 1/2 lemon     Combine in a blender. Makes 28 - 30 oz., about 3 - 4 servings.

Dr Oz's slim down drink recipe - Most recipes I've seen are wrong. The wrong ones incorrectly list 2 tsp vinegar, 1 cup grapefruit or pineapple juice, and 1 tsp honey. Dr. Oz's website lists 1 cup grapefruit juice (100% juice not grapefruit juice cocktail or any pineapple alternative) and 2 TBSP (tablespoons not teaspoons!!) apple cider vinegar. The 1 tsp of honey is optional and added only if it's too tart for you. It's suggested to drink before every meal.
