Crunchy, so flavorful, and loaded with crab meat! The salad is perfect for any occasion or just for a simple family dinner. I usually serve it with mashed potatoes, as kids like it. Other delicious ways to eat it is with pasta, or between two slices of bread for an incredible sandwich. As well as in a lettuce or tortilla wrap. This huge bowl of salad is usually gone within minutes every time I make it.
