Frozen yogurt chips...I actually used Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt. Put 2 cups yogurt in a mixing bowl. Puree 8 fresh strawberries with 1 ripe banana. Mix with yogurt and place in a piping bag. (I used a sandwich ziploc), pipe into small dots on wax paper and freeze! Easy peasy lemon squeesy, you have frozen yogurt chips!!!

Pour your favorite yogurt into a baggie; clip corner and squeeze out little dots onto a baking sheet. Freeze the dots and you'll have homemade dippin' dots made of yougurt! wow never knew it was that simple great snack pr dessert
Put any kind of yogurt into a small zip lock bag (I used Yoplait peach and key lime). Snip a small corner off the zip lock bag and squeeze small dots of yogurt onto a parchment-lined sheet pan. Freeze for at least one hour and then pop them in your mouth!
